
Welcome, Natasha Anne Randall (formerly Natasha Nevin), the First Honours President of Kenningwell Women’s and Girls’
We are delighted to announce and pay tribute to Natasha Anne Randall (formerly Natasha Nevin), who has agreed to become our club’s first ever Honours President. Natasha’s contribution to women’s football and her legacy at Chelsea FC make this appointment especially meaningful for all of us.
A Pioneering Career in Football
Born in Lambeth, London in 1972, Natasha embarked on an impressive playing career, representing Crystal Palace, Millwall Lionesses, and most notably, Chelsea Women’s First Team from October 1996 to September 2002. Known during her playing days as Natasha Randall, she made her competitive debut for Chelsea in a 2-0 win over Wimbledon and reached her 100th appearance milestone in a memorable 8-3 victory against Barking.
Natasha’s statistics speak for themselves: - First-Team Appearances: 99 - Win Percentage: 74.44% - Captain Starts: 70 - Times Sent Off: 0
Not only was Natasha an outstanding player, but she also made history as the first Black captain of Chelsea Women—a role she fulfilled with great distinction and remains celebrated for in Black History narratives and club commemorations. To this day, she is the only Black captain in Chelsea Women’s history.
Playing Among Football Legends
Our Nats has played alongside many top international stars, including Fara Williams, who is now a regular TV football pundit. Her experience and leadership on and off the pitch have inspired teammates, coaches, and supporters alike.
